The customer requested the relocation of a Daikin System 1 air conditioning condensing unit from the storeroom to ensure optimal air intake. Initially, our BCA-trained aircon technician conducted an on-site assessment to identify the most suitable location for the condensing unit.
Following this assessment, our Homeone office team consulted with the customer to outline the relocation plan. The installation of HDB Daikin aircon units is carried out by our BCA-certified aircon installers, ensuring full compliance with BCA regulations. As part of our comprehensive Homeone installation service, we handle the submission of the required HDB Aircon Installation Submission Form AC-02.
We guarantee that all installations meet HDB safety standards, providing a reliable and compliant solution for your air conditioning needs.
HDB Daikin Aircon Installation has met the following requirements:
BCA-trained technicians conduct an on-site evaluation to determine the ideal location for the condensing unit, ensuring optimal airflow and compliance with HDB and BCA regulations.
The Homeone office team reviews the findings with the customer and outlines the relocation plan.
2. Dismantling
The existing condensing unit is carefully dismantled, including the safe disconnection of electrical connections and refrigerant lines.
All components are handled with care to prevent damage during the relocation.
Bracket Installation: New brackets are installed at the selected location to securely support the condensing unit.
Refrigerant Pipe Preparation: Refrigerant pipes are measured, cut, and prepared to fit the new location accurately.
Trunking Preparation: Trunking is installed to protect and neatly organize the refrigerant pipes, ensuring a clean and professional appearance.
Condensing Unit Installation: The condensing unit is mounted on the newly installed brackets, ensuring stability and correct alignment.
Refrigerant Pipe Installation and Pipe Brazing: The prepared refrigerant pipes are installed and brazed to ensure airtight connections and optimal system performance.
Refrigerant Pipe Insulation Installation: Insulation is applied to the refrigerant pipes to prevent energy loss and protect against temperature fluctuations, enhancing system efficiency and longevity.
Use insulation tape and a gun for effective sealing and insulation.
Vacuuming: The system is first vacuumed to remove any dust, debris, or contaminants from the refrigerant lines, ensuring a clean and efficient system.
Charging: As specified on the manufacturer’s specification plate, the exact amount of refrigerant gas is then charged into the system to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Gas Leak Detection Test: A comprehensive test is conducted to detect any gas leaks, ensuring all connections are secure and the system operates safely.
Temperature Analysis: The system analyzes temperature to verify efficient performance and accurate temperature levels.
A final inspection is performed to ensure compliance with HDB and BCA regulations, confirming that the installation meets all safety and technical standards.
The work area is thoroughly cleaned after installation to remove any debris or materials left behind, ensuring the space is tidy and free of hazards.
Homeone manages the preparation and submission of required documentation, including the HDB Aircon Installation Submission Form AC-02.
This ensures regulatory compliance and provides a hassle-free experience for the customer.
