To my rescue was Saravanan Muthu from Homeone Water Heater Pte Ltd. All thanks to the shabby work of my interior designer's lousy excuse of an electrician whom tapped the wires from my heater for plug routing causing it to overload and burn (see photos). The pros from Homeone came and did a diagnosis and immediately pin pointed the issue. Thank goodness for them and their turnaround was amazingly fast. Need someone professional in water heaters, these guys are the people you should call. Kudos.

Plumbers Hasan & Tamal did a fantastic job on removing my old storage tank and fixing up with the new one! To top it off, it was even installed below the false ceiling! Don’t ask me why, this was installed by the previous owner and I’m assuming he hired a Non-PUB Certified Plumber thus such a job was made.

So instead of saying they can’t get the job done, they came up with a plan and reported back to their supervisor on what needs to be done in order to get the new storage tank installed. So after much consideration, we decided to proceed with the plan.

Tamal offered very good service and did a good job in installing my water heater tank and false ceiling reinstatement.

HomeOne team of Miah, Tamal, Arun and Younus did a great job changing out 4 water heaters (15 Gallon). Great re-piping work, re-wiring electrical work including new Connector Boxes. The team was patient, meticulous and well-trained and had a very strict SOP to check thoroughly to ensure all in working order. Very impressed by the job well done and will recommend.
