He was quick to fix an appointment while accommodating our baby's nap time. Puru came within the time slot and did a good job replacing our water storage heater. He did not leave immediately after fixing the item, stayed awhile to monitor the situation to make sure the item worked. There was slight leakage when it was first installed but Puru resolved the issue by rerouting the drain pipe instead of choosing the easy way out by just plugging the gap.
