The customer experienced power tripping issues when their old Joven JH35 storage water heater's switched on, which has reached the end of its service life. Consequently, they reached out to Homeone to upgrade to a new model. Its previous installation did not comply with PUB regulations and the EMA Electricity Act & Regulations. According to a report from our PUB-licensed technician, the existing installation lacked a drain pipe connection and did not include a junction box or connection box for the power supply. Consequently, our Homeone office team discussed these issues with the customer and subsequently installed the missing junction box.
