Electric water heater Services
Installation/replacement of electric storage water heater is a regulated water service and can only be carried out by PUB Licensed Plumbers.
This applies to HDB, condominium, landed houses, commercial and industrial etc or any property that has a PUB account (Billed by SP Group).
HDB is usually exposed and a water proofed model (IPX4) is recommended for durability while most private properties have the heaters above the false ceiling.
We recommend any of the three major electric storage heater brands, Joven (Malaysia 1983), Rheem (USA founded in 1925) and Ariston (Italy 1930).

The supply and installation of a storage heater will include the heater, pipes, and fittings to comply with PUB (to redo the pipework where necessary).
It comes with one year installation warranty on site including parts and labour and manufacturer’s warranty from 5 to 7 years, terms and conditions apply.

Gas Water heater Services
Paragraph 21 the Gas Supply Regulations:
Any person who carries out any installation, maintenance or repair of a gas heater shall issue a written statement by a Licensed Gas Service Worker certifying the gas appliance is safe for use.
We primarily carry out repair/replacement for Rinnai and Paloma Gas Heaters in private properties.
On a lesser extent, we also deal with Ferroli and Macro range of gas heaters.
The most common model in the market is Paloma PH-16SX and the next in the line is Rinnai REU-1618W.
There are two types of Gas heater, one with preheat (built-in pump) while the others are straight forward tankless.
Gas heater is an instant heater can suffer lowered flow rate over time due to debris built up in the hot water pipe work. When the flow rate has dropped below the permissible level, error code will show up and maintenance will be required.
To overcome the low pressure and inconsistent temperatures issue from the Gas heater, some customers choose our package of conversion to the electric storage heater.
The hot water pressure is higher by 50 psi and there is no drop in water temperature even multiple points are used concurrently.
