   My condo gas water Ferolli heater was spoilt and Mr Eng Tian Cheng had replied on my whatsapp enquiry and provide me with detailed damage possibility on my spoiled heater.
His reply was prompt and very customer oriental & patience towards my enquiries.
He has managed to arrange a afternoon session for technician to check on same day.
Nevertheless, he also arranged his technician to standby 2 models in any event I decided to replace.
Muthu and Babul have arrived and both of them are very professional and shared with me how bad is my gas heater condition. Apparently, I have decided to go for replacement.

40G.—(1) An individual must not carry out, or offer or undertake
to carry out, any regulated works unless the individual —
(a) is a licensed plumber; or
(b) acts under the direct supervision of a licensed plumber

(7) Any person who contravenes subsection (1), (2), (3) or (4) shall
be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not
exceeding $10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding
3 years or to both
