Paloma PH-16SX gas heater replacement at One St Michael's -5 Jun 2024

Before

Replaced Paloma PH-16SX gas heater at end of service life.

After

Replaced Ferroli GS 20 OE TG (I) gas heater and corroded sections of cold water copper piping with new piping. Utilised single-use fittings during the replacement to ensure optimal joint integrity. Reconnecting old fittings again risks erosion, particularly in high-speed water systems, and raises the chance of corrosion in water and gas piping. This increases the risk of water or gas leaks. Replaced the faulty cold water sensor as part of overall maintenance to ensure optimal functionality.
