A new customer recently acquired a residence with an existing Joven heater installed on the HDB aircon ledge.
However, by HDB regulations, placing water heaters on the aircon ledge is prohibited.
Following discussions with a Homeone engineer, a decision was reached to relocate the water heater to the bathroom.
The relocation process includes terminating the piping and implementing a plaster touch-up for a seamless and compliant solution.
