A homeowner at La Fiesta contacted Homeone, facing an issue with a gas heater that had reached the end of its lifespan and could no longer supply hot water. Our team promptly conducted a site assessment, focusing initially on inspecting the electrical connections, including the power supply and control panel. All electrical components were confirmed to be in proper working condition.
We then turned our attention to the condition of the existing gas heater, specifically examining the motherboard and internal components. The inspection revealed significant issues—the motherboard was melted, and the inside gas heater water pipes showed visible water leakage marks. Additionally, the cold water pipe inlet and hot water pipe outlet of the existing Ferroli gas water heater were severely corroded, clearly indicating that the heater was beyond repair and required immediate replacement.
The homeowner opted for the installation of a Ferroli Gas Water Heater GS 20 OE TG I. Our installation package includes comprehensive services, such as Manometer testing (U-gauge testing) and the issuance of a gas certificate, fully compliant with Regulation 21 of the Gas (Supply) Regulations 2008. All gas service work, including piped gas installations, compliances with a Licensed Gas Service Worker (LGSW) and PUB Licensed Plumbers to ensure safety and regulatory adherence.
