A homeowner at Austville Residences Condominium contacted Homeone with a problem—Ferroli Gas Water Heater that had reached the end of its lifespan and could no longer provide hot water. Our team quickly carried out a site assessment, starting with a check of the electrical connections, including the power supply and control panel. All electrical components were found to be in good working order.
Next, we inspected the condition of the gas heater, focusing on the motherboard and internal components. Our inspection showed serious problems—the motherboard was melted, and inside the gas heater, there were water leak marks on the pipes, making it clear that the heater was beyond repair and needed replacing.
The homeowner chose to install a Rinnai REU-2024W-RS gas water heater. Our installation package offers full services, including manometer (U-gauge) testing and the provision of a gas certificate, in line with Regulation 21 of the Gas (Supply) Regulations 2008. All gas work, including piped gas installations, compliances with a Licensed Gas Service Worker (LGSW) and PUB Licensed Plumbers to ensure safety and regulatory adherence.
