Upon discovering that the customer's storage water heater was not producing hot water, the customer reached out to Homeone. Our office team promptly arranged an on-site assessment to diagnose the issue. Upon inspection, our licensed technician identified that the heating element was rusty, causing water to leak around it. Additionally, the Pressure Relief Valve (PRV) showed signs of water leakage.
The leakage at the heating element was the primary cause of the water heater's failure to produce hot water. Such leaks can not only prevent hot water production but also pose serious electrical hazards, including potential electric shorts, arcing, or even overheating, which could lead to fires.
After receiving the technician's report, our Homeone office team swiftly consulted with the customer and recommended replacing the faulty Joven JH56 water heater with a new Joven JSH56 model.
The Joven JSH56 water heater has now been installed, replacing the old system, and featuring all stainless steel pipework. The installation includes a new stop valve, a double check valve, a drain pipe, electric bonding, and 2.5mm² wiring, all in accordance with PUB safety regulations. Enjoy peace of mind and reliable service with Homeone's 1-year warranty, complementing the manufacturer's warranty.
