Condo Daikin Aircon Installation Job Scopes:
Provision of two brand-new air conditioning systems, including all necessary refrigerant pipes and fittings, to ensure a seamless and durable installation that meets industry standards for optimal performance
The Existing Aircon System Dismantling: The existing aircon system is carefully dismantled, including the safe disconnection of electrical connections and refrigerant lines.
Check the Existing Drainpipe: To ensure there will be no blocking of the existing drainpipes.
Ceiling Cutting: To prepare for the new FCU location design as L-box, and to run the refrigerant pipes lines our technician precisely cuts the existing ceiling. This meticulous process ensures optimal placement and integration, maintaining the structural integrity and aesthetics of the ceiling.
Trunking Preparation: Trunking is installed to protect and neatly organize the refrigerant pipes, ensuring a clean and professional appearance.
Refrigerant Pipe Preparation: Refrigerant pipes are measured, cut, and prepared to fit the new location accurately.
Our ceiling technician performs the ceiling reinstatement for the place to install the new FCUs. This ensures that the ceiling is in the desired condition with precision and care of your space.
Wall-mounting the indoor aircon connects refrigerant and electrical lines, and ensures optimal performance and seamless integration.
Insulation is applied to the refrigerant pipes to prevent energy loss and protect against temperature fluctuations, enhancing system efficiency and longevity. Use insulation tape and a gun for effective sealing and insulation.
Before connecting the refrigerant pipes from the indoor unit to the outdoor unit. The system must be vacuumed to remove any dust, debris, or contaminants from the refrigerant lines, ensuring a clean and efficient system.
The condensing unit is on the condo aircon ledge ensuring stability and correct alignment. After the CU installation, connect the refrigerator pipes between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit.
Electrical Lines Installation: Our technician installs and connects electrical lines for two split-type aircon units. This includes wiring from the indoor units to the outdoor condenser, ensuring safe, efficient operation and compliance with EMA regulations.
Gas Leak Detection Test: A comprehensive test is conducted to detect any gas leaks, ensuring that all connections are secure, and the system operates safely.
Temperature Analysis: The system undergoes temperature analysis to verify efficient performance and accurate temperature levels.
A final inspection is performed to ensure compliance with HDB and BCA regulations, confirming that the installation meets all safety and technical standards.
The work area is thoroughly cleaned after installation to remove any debris or materials left behind, ensuring the space is tidy and free of hazards.
